Graham’s father and chief advisor, Rand has been successfully investing in residential real estate for many years. His expertise includes underwriting loans and acquisition oversight. As an automotive industry entrepreneur, he founded Code-Alarm, the company that is best known for bringing “keyless-entry” to the public.

Belz
Joe has over 20 years of experience in the real estate business. From sales and marketing to acquisitions and development, Joe has a vast base of knowledge to pull from. During his tenure with Centex homes, one of the largest publicly traded residential homebuilders, Joe managed the sale and construction of hundreds of homes.
